Nepal still cut-off!

As of today, a week after leaving Nepal, I have not been able to call anybody in Nepal. Neither could I check my e-mail with World Link, their servers are still DOWN!
There is surprisingly little on the net about Nepal: one source is a Nepal BBS with some links, the other is soc.culture.nepal
